Hello to all. I’m sending out this final renewal notice for the 2017 season. Some of you have already sent in your renewal fees, but there may still be some of you that need to get this renewal info to me before the end of the year to avoid a $10 late fee and the new combination for the gate. I know it’s close to Christmas, but hopefully those of you that still haven’t sent in your renewal info will have the chance to get it done soon.
The club renewal dues for 2017 are now due by December 31st of this year (2016). The price of the dues hasn’t changed and the dues are still $65 for the renewal of flying at the at the SLO flyers field. There will be a late fee of $10 for renewals not paid by December 31st, 2016.
I’ve attached the Renewal Form and the Declaration Form, both of which are required by Cal Poly. I know it’s a pain to have to fill out all the information each year, but that is what they require. Please PRINT LEGIBLY when you fill out each form. Also, please be patient when sending in your check as I don’t deposit checks in the account but once a week.
