On the advice of GoDaddy, I added a front-end security feature (SSL) to our website. Users can verify this with the new “Secure https” in our web address. Other than that, the security update should be transparent to website visitors, with one exception: Depending on your brand of web browser, some users might not be able to view WeatherLink.
The creators of “WeatherLink” (Davis) have a remedy for this problem, so I put in a work request to that effect late Friday. I expect the glitch to be fixed early next week.
