Our SloFlyers FF and BBQ is scheduled for Saturday September 17th, starting at 9 am. The tally of your responses (RSVP) to this email will determine the amount of food purchased and the number of events that time will allow. The type and number of events will be determined at the pilots meeting at 8:45 on the 17th. Your choice of one plane for the events. The deadline for sending an email to Woody is Saturday Sept. 10th, 1 week before the event. Sorry not accepting late emails after the deadline. The BBQ will be done on-site with oak fired open pit. There is a choice of Chicken or Top Sirloin, also potato salad, green salad, Jocko’s beans and salsa, garlic French bread, sodas and water.
NOW for the important part. A RSVP is required for both the Fun Fly and BBQ to be tallied by Sept. 10th (1 week before). Events and food limited only to those that respond. Please indicate your choice (1) Chicken (2) Top Sirloin (3) 1 Guest (4) Fun Fly events .
