I got the GPS on the new little Red L-39 this morning, we had no wind, and I used a 4-cell 1000 mAh LIPO. Google says 76 mph passing left to right at the field. The file can be downloaded and opened in Google Earth to see the flight. I just double click on it and it starts automatically, then go to the edit tab on the top left and then “show elevation profile” to show the speeds chart. Happy New Year.

You can download Google Earth here. To download Steve’s flight file, right click here, and “save link as”. Once you download the file to your computer, you should be able to click on it and view it in Google Earth.
