Important change in donations procedure

As you are aware, the Club has gathered a significant amount of spare RC parts, materials and airplanes over the past few years. We have made these items available to Club members in turn for a reasonable donation to the Club treasury. The recent process has been to deposit donations in an envelope located on the wall of the main trailer room. We have decided to better secure this envelope in the back locked room for collection by the Treasurer periodically. If you purchase an item and one of the officers with a key is present they will deposit it in the back room. However, if no key holder is available we ask that you slide your donation under the backroom door with a small note indicating what you bought. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter. Tony
