Fill out this form and present it with your payment to any club member. Detach the lower part after the club member signs off and use it as a temporary card for the frequency board. Documentation The following three documents define our club. Cal Poly Memorandum of Understanding. The MOU is an agreement between California Polytechical State University and Slo Flyers Inc that outlines the conditions for the use and operations of our flying field. This document is the Original, dated May 1998. The constitution defines the organization and operation of our club. This document was last amended Oct 2003 SloFlyers Inc Usage Regulations at the Cal Poly Educational Flight Range The document spells out how we use the field and conduct ourselves while at the field. Included are the current AMA and FAA regulations that apply to our field. This document was last changed Oct 2007
